Happy #29!

My Grandma Jackman loved to keep track of how old her relatives would have been; it drove my mom nuts. She would always say, “no, he’s not 112 because he died 40 years ago”. :) Daughter-in-laws, there’s no pleasing them.

Anyhow to respect my mother’s wishes she will never age past 52, and really I am sure she looks and feels a lot more like 29.

So Mom, happy #29 again, I love you.

How weird is it that in order to write a comment, the word verification just now was "momism"???
Janin was the definition of the consumate MOM, Grandmom, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Aunt, Niece, Friend.
You, Dear Claar, are much the same! :)
Aunt T.
XOXO

Claar, Mike, Maxx, Titan
and Randy:
Just think . . . All of you, taking comfort, supporting, loving one another--and us, Oh yes, US, in that perfect locale chosen by that ispired couple, Janin and Randy Jackman, would never have been . . . if my kid, the ever resourceful Laura Janin Briggs, hadn't sneaked my new gold VW from N. Girard St over to boldly invade the Jackman yard, knocked on Ruth and Vern's door--insist she spirit away their son, Randy, for an "Ice Cream Date."
. the rest is history for eternity.

Oh Yes, L. Janin faithful to her diary. her detailed gift to all who loved her so much.
Janin's tally of miraculous daily accomplishments - so awesomely mindbending, heartrending, brainbusting, spirit lofting, spontaneous, delicious, crack-up comical!
My Darling: We'll never forget you.

Thanks for making me laugh Claar! I could totally hear her say that (and then explain her logic to that comment!) ... making someone laugh is the perfect birthday gift... :)

And I only got... mughtshe... not even close to momism!

Janin never looked like she was 52--always 29! That is hilarious that G.ma Jackman celebrated everyone's birthday--living or dead. I can totally see your mom going nuts over how old they would have been.
Love you all and miss her very much--everything is very close to tears these days, so I am bawling my eyes out right now!
